Our caravans are built using a cutting-edge 28.2mm thick fiberglass sandwich panel composite shell. This superior construction features premium 1.6mm high-gloss Italian fiberglass skins bonded to a closed-cell XPS high-density foam core. The result? Exceptional structural strength, unmatched thermal and sound insulation, and a beautifully sleek exterior.
Unlike traditional construction that runs wiring through wall studs (weakening the structure and creating potential for shorts and inaccessible wiring), our vans utilise a sophisticated wiring loom system. Concealed within easily accessible channels behind cabinetry, this system ensures worry-free maintenance and repairs. CNC-cut walls, precise keyway construction, and seamless panels eliminate the need for joins or expansion joints, preventing water and dust intrusion – a common problem with traditional framed construction that requires sealant replacement every few years.
Our 1.6mm thick, high-gloss fiberglass skins offer superior durability and easy maintenance compared to traditional thinner aluminum or veneer options. Scratches and imperfections are easily repaired, and the high-gloss finish can be easily restored or preserved. Even significant damage is easily addressed with cost-effective panel replacements, unlike the exorbitant expense of replacing entire walls in traditional builds. The smooth interior surfaces are easy to clean, minimise condensation, and even allow for the use of convenient suction accessories – something impossible with traditional ply interiors. The superior light refraction of the composite panels also means fewer lights are needed, creating a brighter, more welcoming space.
The benefits extend beyond aesthetics and durability. Composite construction minimizes expansion and contraction issues that plague traditional framed/veneered caravans, preventing sealant failures, water leaks, and a loss of structural rigidity. This robust design also reduces reliance on specialised caravan repairers, making automotive or marine technicians equally qualified to handle any repairs, a huge advantage in remote areas.
